Beach Enclave has appointed Kenton Jones as Managing Director and Jeffrey Sirota as Senior Commercial Advisor, strengthening its operational and commercial leadership as the Caribbean villa resort brand prepares to expand into Anguilla.

Leadership Experience

Based in Turks and Caicos, Jones brings more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience. In his new role, he will oversee operations across the entire Beach Enclave portfolio.

He began his career at Virgin Limited Edition, where he spent two decades in luxury hospitality. During that period, he led operations at Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island.

Later, he became Managing Director of The Tryall Club in Montego Bay, Jamaica. While there, he oversaw resort operations and supported community initiatives.

Commercial Growth

Based in Miami, Sirota will lead commercial activities, focusing on brand visibility, industry relationships, and revenue growth. He adds roughly twenty years of commercial leadership experience from boutique hotels, global travel networks, and emerging hospitality platforms.

He spent nearly eight years at Small Luxury Hotels of the World, where he advanced to Vice President of Worldwide Sales. During his tenure, he led global sales strategy, managed an international team, and oversaw partnerships with major luxury travel networks.

“Beach Enclave has built something very distinctive in the luxury villa space, with a clear point of view, an exceptional product, and meaningful momentum behind the brand,” said Jeffrey Sirota. “I am excited to join at this stage of growth and to work alongside the owner, Vasco Borges, and the team to expand awareness, strengthen commercial partnerships, and help shape what comes next for Beach Enclave as it continues to evolve.”

The company currently operates a collection of luxury villa resorts in Turks and Caicos. It is also preparing to open a property in Anguilla, extending its Caribbean presence.

Jones’ Recent Roles

“Running resorts in the Caribbean has taught me that the best guest experiences come from strong teams and close ties to the local community,” said Kenton Jones. “Beach Enclave has a great foundation in Turks and Caicos, and I’m delighted to build on it, making sure every guest at every property feels well looked after.”

Jones later held senior roles at Protravel International and J.MAK Hospitality.
