For example, if a vessel has a GRT of a hundred,000 and a passenger capability of 3, 000 the house ratio could be 33. The higher the space ratio, the larger the sense of spaciousness. Averaging twenty-five to thirty, some ships have house ratios as high as sixty, others as little as ten.
