Royal Brunei Airlines joins PATA

In a recent development, Royal Brunei Airlines has joined the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).

PATA CEO Dr Mario Hardy said, “We are extremely pleased to welcome Royal Brunei Airlines to the PATA family as our newest aviation member. I look forward to working with them as they seek to build both brand and business in the Asia Pacific region by taking full advantage of PATA’s extensive network and the in-depth research and insights provided by the Association’s Strategic Intelligence Centre. This is especially important as most travellers are unaware of Brunei’s beautiful unspoiled nature parks, walking trails and beaches - the perfect ingredients with which to develop successful and sustainable ecotourism.”

“Joining PATA is an exciting feat for Royal Brunei, and we look forward to working with the association. We are also especially excited to utilise this platform to further promote and develop Brunei as a tourist destination,” said Karam Chand, Royal Brunei Airlines CEO.
